iPhone 6 Sports Armband from i2 Gear

When running, walking, or even doing chores around the house I love to listen to music or audiobooks. I hate having to carry my phone around in my hand. 

This arm band fits my iPhone 6 like a glove even with the thin case I keep on my phone. It fits comfortably around my upper arm and doesn't slip when moving. I can use the screen while it is in the case without much issue. I'm not worried about my phone getting damaged by sweat because the band keeps it dry. The material is soft and flexible and conforms to the shape of my arm. It even has a pocket to hold my house key so I don't have to worry about getting locked out of the house. There is a reflective strip around the front of the phone for safe evening/early morning jogging. It has a cutout for the camera in case you are inclined to take running selfies (you do have to remove the band from your arm). It also has a cut out for headphones in case you don't use bluetooth ones. The velcro is very strong so it stays secure. Over all it is quality made and it seems built to last.

GloryFeel Colon Cleanser

OK, this post is about.... Well, cleaning out your colon. 

I was given this product for free in exchange for my honest review. So here it goes. 

Well, let's just say my colon is cleansed.
I take this before bed like it says (9:30 PM) and it was working by 8:30 AM. I will say that I am glad to work from home so I didn't have any embarrassing bathroom visits in an office environment.

I do wish that it came with more literature as the only instructions it had were printed on the bottle and said just how to take it. I'm not sure if I'll ever do another cleanse as I was rather uncomfortable as it was working. Yes, I do feel lighter and I even lost about 6 pounds but that weight wasn't body fat. I could see how someone starting a diet would want to use this product to jumpstart some scale results or even get through a plateau. It did make me happy to see my scale read a lower number.

Overall this product did what it said it would. It cleansed my colon, made me feel lighter, and less bloated. 4/5 Stars :)
